I have been working on personal projects about Data Science, to gain experience in solving business problems and mastering data analysis tools.
Currently, I am pursuing a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence in Montreal, QC - Canada. I have an MBA in Data Science and Analytics from the University of São Paulo and worked for more than 7 years as a telecommunications engineer in a state-owned company of the Brazilian federal government.
I am looking for an opportunity to work professionally as a Data Scientist to improve business decision-making processes by building solutions using data.
Building data solutions to business problems, close to real business problems, using public data from Data Science competitions, where I approached the problem from the conception of the business challenge to the publishing the trained algorithm in production, using Cloud Computing tools. Computing tools.
Data analysis using Python, R and Excel, preparation of technical documents, equipment maintenance, management of outsourced contracts, acquisition of new equipment, support in the decision making of the Operational Management of a train company located in João Pessoa/Brazil.
Ostensive policing, radio communication operator. Administrative service at the PMPB Graduate and Research Coordination office, and occasional support to the IT team at the PMPB Education Center.
In this project, the concepts of Python programming, data manipulation, strategic thinking and business logic, along with web development tools such as Streamlit and GitHub, were used to develop a management dashboard with the main metrics of a food delivery marketplace company.
The end result of the project was a dashboard hosted in a Cloud environment and available through a web link. The dashboard can be accessed by any internet connected device.
Identifying real estate properties below the average sale price and defining the optimal resale price, from an exploratory data analysis in Python.
A Web App was developed using Streamlit to make it easier for the CEO to access essential business information. The resulting code can be accessed in its specific repository on GitHub. The Web App resulting from this work can be accessed by any device connected to the internet.
